Vision
"CSK LEGAL" is established as a law firm and also under the hypothesis that alternative modes of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation are more supportive to the business community and generate more conducive landscape to maintain harmonious and productive business relationships than involving judicial intervention and thus CSK LEGAL envisions to employ the provisions of ADR so as to enhance the efficiency in managing the trade, investment and economic development.

- A panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators/Mediators which include Former Judges, Former Chairpersons and Members of various quasi-judicial Tribunals, Senior Advocates, Engineers, Chartered Accountant, Senior Law Officers of Government of India, & Public Sector Undertakings, etc.
